Green Florence Poster: guerilla marketing
The Green Florence poster initiative is to create a social poster that focuses on bringing more nature in to overly urbanized areas all over the world (starting with Florence). Along with the poster design the assignment was to create a physical manifestation of the contents in the poster that interacts with the real world.
The theme for my design is that of following ones roots and realizing that we are all part of nature, part of each others lives. The physical part of the design is to have the roots from it reach out and be painted along the streets throughout the city the poster is hung up, making people literally following their roots to find the messenger at the end.
